Is there an offer code or coupon code I can use for online purchases?
We offer £3 delivery for orders within a 3 mile radius.
Can you deliver at a specific time to a funeral?

What areas do you deliver to?

Is in-store pick up available for orders purchased online?
Of course, orders before 10am can be same day collection or delivery. Once complete, you will receive a text letting you know that your order is ready.
How are shipping and delivery charges determined?

What about substitutions?
Before making any substitutions we will contact you and confirm you are happy for us to proceed to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.
Can I pick a delivery time?
We are able to do a specific time if given the relevant notice. We will always try our best to deliver at a time that suits you best.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Of course, if your order has been placed before 10am, please let us know that you wish for your order to be delivered same day please let us know ASAP.
What happens after I place an order?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number, please hold onto this and be prepared to present us with your order number in store or upon delivery.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you would like to make an amendment to your order please call 0161-681-8071 and we will do everything we can to get your order perfect for you.
Will my flowers be left if no one is home?
If you are not home upon delivery we will automatically leave them with a neighbour and post a card through your door, if your neighbours do not answer we will bring your order back to the store. We will try again later that day.
Will you contact the recipient?
If your order is for someone else, please let us know in the 'further instructions' box upon checkout.
Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
We will cater to make all of our arrangements as similar to the pictures shown, the pictures are to be used for reference only and will vary slightly.

We deliver locally within a 3 mile radius from the store. If you have additional requirements please let us know and we will try our best to help.
How can I determine the status of my order?
If you would like an update on your order you can download the 'Shop' app in the confirmation email sent, input your order number and be given by the minute updates on your order.
